Motivecho is an autonomous competitor intelligence platform. Pruning Labs engineered its 24/7 edge crawler pipeline on Cloudflare Workers and Puppeteer, noise-filtering visual diff engine, and AI motive decoder that turns silent pricing and product shifts into real-time sales battlecards.

The problem

Product, marketing, and sales teams consistently lose deals when competitors stealthily adjust pricing tiers, packaging, or terms without announcement.

Existing change-detection tools flood inboxes with false alarms from dynamic cookies, banners, and layout shifts, requiring tedious manual triage.

How it is built

• The Next.js 15 app handles subscriber vaults, alert rules, and battlecard rendering, offloading all heavy crawl jobs to Cloudflare Workers via asynchronous queues.
• Headless Puppeteer workers run inside Cloudflare Workers to capture full-page viewport screenshots and clean DOM trees with anti-bot resistance.
• A deterministic diff filter strips out session tokens, timestamps, and banner variance before calculating visual and text changes.
• When a material shift is verified, Gemini AI decodes the underlying business motive and drafts immediate counter-objections for sales teams.
