What to send
You do not need a specification. The most useful first message is two or three paragraphs: what the process or product does today, what breaks or costs too much, and what you would like to be true in three months.
If there is an existing system, tell us what it runs on. If there is a deadline that is genuinely fixed, tell us that too - it changes what we would propose.
What happens next
- Call one (30 minutes). We ask questions and tell you whether we think there is a project worth doing. Sometimes the answer is no, and that call still ends with a recommendation.
- Discovery (1–2 weeks, paid). We look at the real process and the real code, then hand over an architecture document and a scoped proposal you own regardless of whether you continue.
- Build. Fixed scope, weekly demos, written acceptance criteria.
