Hireeing
hireeing.comHireeing is a curated early-career recruitment marketplace. Pruning Labs built its continuous ATS extraction pipeline that removes expired listings, a deterministic resume matching engine, and a browser autofill extension that cut application time to under forty-five seconds.
The problem
Early-career applicants face bloated job boards littered with expired listings, hidden salaries, and repetitive multi-page forms. The core failure is data freshness: a board that scrapes once and never re-checks is mostly fiction within a month.
What we pruned
- Ghost jobs and expired listings pruned via continuous ATS sync
- Repetitive multi-page application forms pruned via browser autofill
- Hidden compensation pruned with mandatory salary transparency
What we engineered
- Direct ATS extraction pipeline sourcing active entry-level openings
- Deterministic resume matching engine filtering roles by skill relevance
- Zero-friction browser autofill extension for application workflows
How it is built
- Listings are pulled directly from applicant tracking systems on a continuous cycle; anything that disappears upstream is delisted rather than left to rot.
- Matching is deterministic and explainable: extracted skills scored against structured role requirements, so a candidate can see why a role surfaced.
- The extension fills applications locally in the browser. Candidate documents are not routed through a third-party parsing service.

Disciplines involved
Production AI Systems
We design and ship production AI systems: retrieval-augmented generation on pgvector, deterministic multi-agent supervisors, evaluation harnesses, and guardrails. Built in Kolkata, deployed for teams across India, the US, the UK and the UAE.
Custom Software Engineering
Custom software engineering for teams that need sub-50ms responses, honest architecture, and code they can own. Next.js, Go, PostgreSQL and edge deployment, built by a software engineering studio in Kolkata, India.
