Roughly a third of our work is for clients outside India - primarily the United States, the United Kingdom, and the UAE. Those engagements run on a fixed overlap window: our afternoon covers UK and European mornings and Gulf working hours, and we hold early-evening IST slots for US East Coast mornings.
Practically, that means one live review call a week plus asynchronous written updates against acceptance criteria. Clients see the working system in a preview environment continuously, rather than waiting for a demo.
How on-site works
- Kolkata: on site whenever it is useful - discovery, reviews, handover, or a difficult debugging session.
- Other Indian metros: we travel for discovery and for major milestones; delivery is remote on IST.
- International: remote with a fixed overlap window; travel by arrangement for a kick-off or go-live.
