How an engagement runs
- Discovery (1–2 weeks). We watch the real process, read the real code, and write down what is actually true. You get an architecture document and a scoped proposal whether or not you continue.
- First release (6–12 weeks). Fixed scope, written acceptance criteria, weekly demos against them. No open-ended hour-billing.
- Handover. Repository, infrastructure definitions, runbook, and working sessions with your team.
- Retainer (optional). Continued work only where there is continued work worth doing.
